At Hint, we are committed to delivering quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
Returns:
Returns are applicable only on Casual Wear items. Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, the product must be unused, unwashed, in its original packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Returns requested beyond this timeline will not be accepted.
Refunds:
Refunds for approved returns will be processed to the Hint wallet only. Customers are advised to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase to ensure it meets their requirements.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Categories:
Return and refund of innerwear and thermalwear products are strictly not applicable under this policy due to hygiene reasons. This includes products such as brief, trunk, vest, thermal trouser, thermal vest, bikini, boy shorts, camisoles, cycling shorts, hipster panty, and women’s slip.
Exchange Policy:
We offer an exchange option only for Casual Wear and athleisure items, including T-shirts, joggers, boxers, shorts, and track pants.
Exchange Process:
1. Raise an Exchange Request
Log in to your Hint account and submit your exchange request under the Orders section. The request must be raised within 10 days of delivery. In case of any issue, you may contact our Customer Support team at consumercare@hintworld.com or call 9147728487.
2. Auto-Approval of Requests
All eligible exchange requests are approved automatically. No manual intervention is required.
3. Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are allowed for size change, colour change, or cross-category exchange. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Important Guidelines:
- Returns are not accepted after 7 days of delivery.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
- Only Casual Wear and athleisure items are eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping charges for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.
- Hint reserves the right to decline return or exchange requests if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria.

The colour and print of the product may slightly vary from what is displayed on the website. Customers are advised to review product details and disclaimers carefully before placing an order.
